my boyfriend snores so loud at night!?

| I love my bf but he pisses me off at night cuz he snores sooooo loud that its so hard for me to sleep. He usually falls asleep watching tv because he works like all day and Im kinda happy he does because i can actually sleep. I still miss him in the bed but i wish he wasnt so loud. do u think its not heathly to sleep together every night? I dont want it to be like this forever is ther a pill or somthing besides the nose strips that might help ( cause those dont work) please any other suggestions might help!! |

| check out some tips on sleep apnea * Most people diagnosed with sleep apnea are obese. They find it difficult to breathe due to the increased neck fat which is narrow to the airway. * Obstructive sleep apnea occurs mostly in people who are about 35-40 years or older. Weight gain and a decrease in muscle tone occur with aging. * Sleep apnea is more common in postmenopausal women. * Hereditary may play a role. * Muscular dystrophy and polio increase the chance of obstructive sleep apnea, as do other medical conditions such as allergies, nasal tumors and cold. * Also snoring can be a major cause of sleep apnea.
