Get a pair of ear plugs. My mother-in-law snores so loud that my father-in-law wears a pair to sleep at night. I would make sure that he sleeps on his stomach or sides and try to get some of the strips that go over the bridge of his nose called BREATHE RIGHT STRIPS. I would try that first and maybe some other over the counter products. If that doesn't work and its something that is a bothersome problem to him as well, then maybe its time he goes and see a Dr. about it. But I would talk to him and let him know that he's doing it so bad and that you are not mad at him but mad at the problem.

I think you should find a solution to the oroblem as soon as possible. May be you should let him visit the doctor or try some of this natural home remedies

•Sleep positions: Don’t sleep on your back because most people who sleeps straight on the back snores, whereas snoring doesn’t occur when one sleeps on one’s side(This is the best position for you to sleep). When you sleep on your back, your tongue falls backwards into your throat, which can narrow your airway and partially block airflow.

•Obesity: Lose weight to increase the airway space; to prevent snoring, it is advisable to cut down on fat consumption through proper exercise and a good diet. Daily exercise also improves muscle tone

•Alternative therapies: Hypnosis, gem and crystal therapy, and magnetic therapy are other techniques that can alleviate snoring.

•Homeopathic medicines: Some homeopathic medicines are also used to stop snoring. The popular ones are Y-snore which decongests the nose and allows air to flow freely to the trachea. The other one goes under the name of Snore Stop

•Avoid taking caffeinated drinks
