Default What should I do? My bf snores horribly and...

...the last time I went downstairs and slept in my daughter's? bed but last night I woke up at 4 am and he was sawing logs. I kept shoving him but he kept it up so I threw back the covers and stomped downstairs. I felt bad the way I reacted but honestly I was exhausted and I just wanted to sleep in my bed. He got up, got dressed, kissed me & left. I felt bad because I know he can't help it but it's keeping us from being close. What do I do?

hum...there are things in the store that he can put on his nose to help. um...soes he sleep with his head low or elevated?? that could be a problem to....he's basically constricting his airway....tell him to sleep with two pillows under his head and see if that helps.

Try wearing earplugs? Or listening to music through headphones.

he should see a doctor! if he loves you and knows his snoring bothers you, he should have no problem with that. Plus, his snoring could be related to sleep apnea, which is a condition that can cause some serious problems. Anyway, if he doesn't want to see a doctor, ask him to at least try wearing Breathe-Right nasal strips to bed. I know several people whose snoring this helped to stop. Good luck!
